Which SAP ECC versions does ECCore support?
ECCore supports SAP ECC 6.0 and all Enhancement Packs (EHP1–EHP8), as well as ECC 5.0 environments. Connection is via standard RFC/BAPI — no ABAP development or SAP kernel patches required. If your system can make an RFC call, ECCore can connect to it.
How long does implementation take?
The Starter plan is typically live within 3–5 business days. ECCore engineers handle setup remotely — you provide RFC credentials and a test system, we configure the connector, validate the connection, and hand over a working dashboard. No SAP downtime is required at any point.
Does ECCore store our SAP transactional data?
No. ECCore reads SAP error metadata (error codes, message text, transaction context) in real-time to produce a diagnosis and immediately discards it. No SAP business data — orders, invoices, customer records, financial postings — is stored on ECCore infrastructure at any time.
What happens if the AI (Claude) is unavailable?
ECCore continues to monitor, detect, and alert on errors regardless of AI availability. If the Claude API is temporarily unreachable, the diagnosis engine falls back to ECCore's local knowledge base covering 200+ common ECC errors with pre-built resolution playbooks. AI diagnosis resumes automatically once connectivity is restored.
We're planning to migrate to S/4HANA. Does ECCore fit into that roadmap?
Yes — ECCore is designed as a bridge, not a blocker. By stabilising your ECC environment and building a clean error and process audit trail, ECCore gives your migration team better data to work with. Many clients use ECCore during the migration project itself to keep ECC production stable while the S/4HANA build is underway. When you cut over, you simply disconnect.
What are the contract terms? Is there a minimum commitment?
Starter and Professional plans begin with a 30-day proof of concept, then move to a 12-month subscription. Enterprise and Platinum plans are typically 2–3 year agreements with custom terms. During the POC period, billing is month-to-month — if ECCore doesn't demonstrate clear value within 30 days, you don't continue. No lock-in before results.
